【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofaircraftmovementequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:--aircrafttractorswithdriveraccommodation;--pedestriancontrolledaircraftmovementequipment;--moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems;--attachmentbars,usedforalloperations,utilizingaircraftmovementequipment,e.g.:--pushback;--maintenancetowing;--dispatchtowing(operationaltowing).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:--groundpowerinstallationsonaircrafttractors;--fixedrampinstallationsoframpintegratedsystems(fixedtrack);--specialtowingequipment(e.g.forrecovery).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoaircraftmovementequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehi-cles)andEN1915-4.
