【摘要】:Thispracticecoversthepreparation,handling,testingandproceduresfortheuseofcelluloseacetatedosimetrysystems,andthespectromctric,densitometric,orphoto-metricreadoutequipmentformeasuringabsorbeddoseinmaterialsirradiatedbyphotonsandelectronsintermsofabsorbeddoseinwater.Note1—Celluloseacetatedosimeterreferstountintedandtintedcellulosetriacetate(CTA)orcellulosediacetate(CDA)filmdosimeter.Thispracticeappliestocelluloseacetatefilmdosime-tersthatcanbeusedwithinpartorallofthespecifiedrangesasfollows:TheabsorbeddoserangeforuntintedCTAandCDAis5×10to3×10Gyforphotonsandelectrons,TheabsorbeddoserangefortintedCTAandCDAis1×10to1×10Gyforphotonsandelectrons,TheabsorbeddoserateforbothCTAandCDAisfrom0.03to3×10Gy/s,Theradiationenergyrangeforphotonsisfrom0.1to50MeV,andTheradiationenergyrangeforelectronsisfrom0.2to50MeV.Note2—Incaseswherelow-energyelectronsandchargedparticlescannotcompletelypenetratethethicknessofstandardCTAandCDAfilms,thinfilmsmaybeused(1,2).Theirradiationtemperaturerangeisfrom-10to70℃.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappro-priatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica-bilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
